Useful Knowledge and Information

  1. Difference between Motor Boat, Sailboat and CatamaranMotor boat powered by engines takes you to your destination at a faster time. Sailboat or Catamaran which requires the wind for sailing, takes a longer time to reach your destination. It takes 20 minutes on our Cruiser to reach Rose Island, but takes up 1 hour on a sailboat or catamaran. It takes 1 hour 15 mins on our Cruiser to reach North Exuma, but takes up to 3 hours on a sailboat or catamaran. Hence the higher cost for chartering.

  2. Weather condition. Boating are best with sunshine, less than 2 feet of waves and less than 20mph of wind. Light passing showers will not render trips to be cancelled. Trips are cancelled when there's thunder, lighting, continuous rain, more than 3 feet of waves and more than 25mph of wind. Your safety is our priority and we will definitely be in touch with you when trip is cancelled.
